I designed Funny Egg because I wanted to create a place where people could enjoy delicious egg-based meals in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Growing up in this community, I noticed that while there were many great restaurants, none focused solely on eggs—the versatile ingredient that can be used in so many ways. Eggs have always been a comfort food for me. Whether it’s a classic breakfast omelet, a hearty frittata, or a tasty egg salad, they bring back memories of family meals and gatherings. I wanted to share that joy with others.
